I am attempting to make my own version of the VTOL but i can\'t get the engine to ignite once attached to the fuel tank via the powered VTOL hinge

Can\'t download the VTOL folder because of the UltraRCSBlock, how can I fix this or where can it be downloaded?

I\'ve downloaded several mods and there components have successfully showed up in the game but all did was drag anything from parts directory of the download to the parts directory of KSP. Do I have to do the same with the plugins and sources?
