I just couldnt steer it at all, my craft was pointing at retrograde and it would start to turn very slowly but then go back towards retrograde. But the lander had plenty of fuel to get me from kerbin orbit, to the moon, and back home

I have so much trouble in 0.16 controlling the larger rockets. even with rcs enabled i cant even steer this thing to do a prograde burn to the moon. is this just me? EDIT: I jettisoned that larger tank, even though i still had half fuel left =( but now it works much better, perhaps this was the intention when you built the craft, to jettison that tank when in oribt
