    Quick question, if the airfilter part has been removed how can I charge the ZO2, with Electrical Energy, DynaSat and MechJeb installed the tanks dont refill with both solar panels open.

    With 7 tanks of fuel, 2 turbofan engines and an aerospike it is possible to land and return from Minmus sooooo yes. It needs to be be a little more thirsty IMO.
