After the success of the previous design, Kerbalan engineers improved upon the design, with even more success. thing gets to 20k meters before running out of juice, maybe I can fix that in the third design.

don't ask me why this flies, but I think it has something to do with excellent aerodynamic properties. The kerbals are definitely on to something.
