I saw pretty decent gains in both KSP1 and KSP2 (patch 1) going from a Ryzen 7700 to 7950X3D - generally about a 50% FPS gain or so. I also had a 100% FPS gain (20 > 40 fps while flying a small plane around KSC) in one scenario, though that might be an outlier - my testing may have been imperfect, but it was definitely a benefit. KSP1 tests also showed about a 50% gain to FPS usually, though in some scenarios like 4x phys warp burn of a large craft, no gains.

This video was a *very* large production for me, featuring up to 1500 parts in one scene for a giant space battle in the end... it's fun, come check out what happens when America finds oil in space II!
