I accidently put the parachute over the pod hatch so I couldn't get back in once I got out on the Mun. Then this happened I tried to get him home safely anyway... he's now stuck in orbit around the Mun. Sadly, he's actually doing better than the shuttle, which is now stuck in orbit a bajillion miles from anything.
