For me, I get by, sometimes after several restarts. Some days are definitely better than others. List of recent issues: - Missed The Mun (bad angle burn) - Missed Minmus 3 times - Capture by Duna's SOI took me way too long - Glitched blowout on Gilly - Rocket explodes a minute after launch - Rocket spins out of control after stage separation - Various spaceplane failures (because I fly like an idiot)

I used to hit the Mun's surface a lot (when I used to orbit Kerbin westwards!). Keep trying for hours on end, that's what got my first legit landing there. Lots of trial and error. Darn this game is addictive.

Nice name . Bill, Bob, and Jeb are currently at the Mun Arch! Jeb fell off the arch in a moment of stupidity but he's alright. There's enough fuel in my ship for a return trip, but for now they will stay on the Mun.

As my attempt at predicting the future, I think that they will fix glaring bugs of course (Space Cthulhu, Gilly surface, Jool surface, and rendering issues), add more features to the planets and moons, add new parts, and add new interesting scenarios (I'd like something that would give a taste of Career mode!). Aside from that, I'm really loving how the game is progressing. Awesome stuff, Squad!

I'm loving the new planets surface pics here, awesome stuff! Jeb beside a boulder on Eve. Jeb is cool. Jeb again on the retextured Mun. Not visible, but the Mun Arch is in the distance. First time I saw it live! Buggy and failed landing on Gilly, Eve's moon. I will crosspost this in a bug report.

I currently have a ship in orbit with a periapsis of 72,100 m and a difference of just under 100 m . The map view shows it as really shaky, though, so no exact numbers. No screenshots as I am on my other PC.

I did a perfectly targeted landing on Minmus! Without using MechJeb! This is exactly where I wanted to land, near the edge of the "ice" and beside a mountain. Awesome times. Zoomed out. Next time, I will roll the Kerbs down the mountain .

I've gotta try the Carts mod . Anyways, I had a WTF moment today. My spacecraft, dubbed "Equinox 2", made an absolutely perfect Mun landing! I extended the ladder and two Kerbals made their way to the surface. However, Hervin Kerman decided it would be a good idea to jump from the capsule onto an unsuspecting Kerbal. He hit one, and poof, Elbin Kerman was gone! What a dumb loss. It may have been a bug, but I like to think that Elbin's helmet got smashed. I need to take EVAs more seriously from now on .

Heh, yeah I think the fans are taking that bad news too hard. Congrats to Kurt, though, that was an incredible amount raised in that last day!

Heh, Kurt got so much love from the devs, it was crazy. The devs did mention Kerbal accessories (or something like that) so you can choose to deck your Kerbals with 3D glasses, sunglasses, and other stuff I presume. Can't wait for more! Kurt is too awesome.

Ah, I like this thread. For more ideas, some of my spacecraft names are Equinox, Korbit, Spacer, and Derp.

That's definitely wallpaper worthy, nice one. I landed on the Mun for the first time, and I was pretty excited, and relieved because I almost botched the landing. Pics: Group photo! Bill flew up to the top of the lander, lol. Kerbal stacking! This is too silly. By the way, this game doesn't run very well on my laptop. Aside from that, I will enable shadows for next time.
