Kasuha, You're most likely right, as i am attempting to use the keypad for the VAB rotations. Too bad, as it makes it just awkward for me. Thank you for your reply.

Red, I did try both of the Shift keys, but unfortunately still had the same problem.

I've reset my key binding to make them easier for me (left handed game) to reach some of the handier keys and to make it more intuitive for me. Unfortunately, I've created a problem in the process. Now that I don't use the WASD keys for part rotation, i seem to have lost the ability to do fine part rotation. SHIFT no longer works for that purpose and i don't see anywhere that i can reassign a new key for that. Any thoughts on a workaround or fix would be appreciated. Thank you.

A question that can hopefully be easily answered. I downloaded the most recent version of this mod (0.7.1), which is fantastic overall. But when i go to the VAB and the Utilities and Scientific tab, the DynaSat Large Zo2 tank, the ZO2 Tank small and the regular solar panels no longer are actionable. It indicates that "this part type isn't available in this version of KSP". Is there something that i did wrong on the install side, or is there some kind of conflict with another program that i might need to be aware of? Any help would be appreciated.

Interestingly enough, i've tried it with both the 0 and 180 heading, and it just doesn't seem to make any difference. I must be doing something wrong, i just can't for the life of me figure out what that is. Thanks for the reply. Back to fiddling i guess.

Fairly recent addition to the forums here, and i have a question regarding the latest version of MechJeb. For some reason, whenever i attempt to do polar orbit (heading 0 or 180), the ship enters an orbit that is NOT polar, but a normal east-west orbit. The same happens if i set inclination to + or - 90. I'm not sure if there is any particular "trick" to using MechJeb to do polar orbits, as i really didn't find anything on the forums. I've tried doing polar orbits without Mechjeb, but to say the least those didn't end well. I would appreciate any helpful advice on obtaining polar orbits (with or without MechJeb), i would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Being a new guy here myself, i spent some time looking through the Forum: Addon Releases and Projects Showcase section, as it seems to have a lot of different kinds of items. I haven't gotten to the Mun landing stage, but i'll be there in due time.

Capt'n Skunky, Thanks so much for the quick reply. That actually did the trick, along with your recommendation that i finally found elsewhere on the forum to move the KSP directory out from the Program Files in the C:\ drive. It looks like i have it sorted now. I really appreciate the help.

I'm a really new member of the community and I've run into a small snag with MechJeb. When i start the simulation, i'm no longer allowed to use the unmanned capsules and i can't seem to get any of the mechjeb modules to work. They DO show up, but they show up in the Command & Control tab but appear to be greyed out. I can't drag and drop them into the build screen, so they are effectively useless to me. Any idea what i did wrong with the install to cause this catastrophe? All help is appreciated.

OK, i'm a real newbie here, and I've figured out how to install the majority of the mods. For the life of me how to get this running escapes me. I've looked at couple of videos, which are great, but they only explain functionality, not how to get it installed. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I found out about KSP through the "Now Playing" article at PC Gamer. http://www.pcgamer.com/2012/08/06/now-playing-reaching-for-the-stars-in-kerbal-space-program/ It immediately got me hooked. I downloaded the demo, tried it and two days later i bought the game. Great game
