  1. Thanks, guys! I'm glad you're enjoying it Also as another side note since it looks like I can't edit yet, if you aren't trying to land anywhere and are just planning on returning to Kerbin, it's most efficient to ditch the second set of landing legs once you use up the first tank of rcs fuel. The final stage has a tank of rcs, sas, and the capsule, so it can accelerate an maneuver in space much more easily than when it has the legs/other rcs tank (since it has less mass). It's still light enough to parachute in when the tank is empty (haven't tried it full).
  2. Sorry for the double post, but I'm assuming I can't edit this yet. Anyway, made a second run around the moons and back with plenty of spare fuel. A whole rcs tank and a half and made it back to Kerben. I brought pictures back incase anyone wanted to see what the fuel consumption was like. Again, got about two days of experience at this game, so there's probably a LOT of improvement to be made!
  3. Here's my first rocket to successfully make it from Kerben to Minmus, then the Mun, and finally back to Kerben at the end, and it had fuel left to spare at each stage. It's kind of an amalgam of the Munitaur II by foursh (overpowered for this craft, but I used it for fun anyway) and another craft (the inspiration for the lander) on the forum that I can't find right now. The lander has two stages. The first Mostly consists of an engine, landing struts, rcs, and two fuel tanks. The second stage is powered entirely by rcs, and is also equipped with landing struts, as well as sas (very much needed if you're trying to fly using just rcs for power). I managed to take the first stage of the lander from Kerben orbit to Minmus, then to the Mun, and only decoupled from it a few thousand meters into my takeoff from the Mun. That's with my incredibly sloppy flying included which significantly contributes to fuel usage. Pretty stable overall and it makes for a relatively easy flight (in my opinion). Hope you guys enjoy, and if you can give any advice for improvement/optimization please let me know! Craft file download link! http://www./?aqv7b0bh9se0ax6
