How do I copy and paste in the VAB?

Hold down the ALT key and click on the part you want to copy -
I just create my rocket in the VAB, then save it and copy the file to the SPH and launch it from there ...no tower to worry about then and no need for yet another mod hogging RAM

Why o why do people use mediafire - it sucks like a vacuum cleaner on steroids - takes me 10-20 attempts before finally getting it to download. -
Yep I have landed on Moho with a custom craft, modified the Temperature of the parts ( as first attempts kept exploding ), I have managed to put a DEMV II there and am currently exploring with it.

Here's probably the most useful mod for Interplanetary travel that is fully compatible with .17 Click for Protrator Mod. I use most of the Mods listed in this thread, but this to me is probably one of the best (second only to Mechjeb)

Here is a link to probably the most useful Interplanetary Aid Mod Available Click for Protractor Mod , It gives all the info you need right there on screen and you simply add the part to your ship (it's a tiny calulator with duct tape lol - very kerbal).

This is great, all the Info I need in one place - hope you figure out how to Minimise the Gui - but shall use it as is until you do...downloaded and about to test. Thanks EDIT: Ok tested and cant move it from the middle of the screen - tried a restart - still cant move it ... damn anyone else having this issue, or is it an incompatibility with Mechjeb ? EDIT 2: Latest Version 2.1.3 works great, this is my single most favourite Mod ( second only to Mechjeb) ...Congrats on your creation and thanks for making it available to the Kerbal Community (if I knew how to add rep I'd give your some). -

not sure if this will work, but look for the ship in the persistent file and change this.... ORBIT { SMA = -8.61214074197094 ECC = 1003570559.6185 INC = 177.460634799987 LPE = 309.466916193403 LAN = 93.0223028879337 MNA = 1247652393.04882 EPH = 6981964.03958007 REF = 0 OBJ = 1 <<<< to 0 I think the '1' flags it as debris .... change to 0 and I think it will become selectable again I havent tried it , so let us know. -
My guess is that the Orange orb is the Sun and the three Orbs above it are indicating which planet the visitors are from - third rock from the Sun - Kerbin

Since the .17 update was launched it takes me sometimes upto 20 mins to access a forum page (after multiple attempts and page failures), which can be pretty darn frustrating to say the least. I'd like to make a suggestion :- Perhaps in the near future it would be possible to host the Store and Forum on separate servers (or domains), so that at such times when an update is realeased we are still able to view/post/discuss it on the forums. I know that the traffic is only temporary (until everyone has updated), but I think it would still make sense to do this and maybe even add a 'Donate' button for those of us willing to give a dollar or so for the upkeep of the Forum. Just my two-pennies worth - feel free to discuss, oppose,, tell me I'm a dodo etc (lol)

Umm I cant get this to work .. I'm typing ... dofile("tour") and it says... ParseException: Code has syntax errors: Line 1, Col 1 'f': Failed to parse Name of VarName. Line 1, Col 20 '(': Failed to parse '0'.. I've named the file tour.lua and I've looked over the code but cant see anything that's obvious .........HELP lol

Without seeming critical or troll(ish), the math is all very impressive, but it would be nice to see some actual .lua script files that we (the humble kerbalites) could use in Autom8, it would also be great to have a script library thread (which is what I thought this was) where scripts can be listed with a simple explanation of what they do. Just my thoughts - not intended to offend anyone.

am I the only one who has problems with mediafire...apart from the myriad of damn popups, I have to refresh the page maybe 30 times before I finally get the download, there are so many better alternatives to mediafire too ... peeps, if you provide a download then for the sake of my sanity, could you use a different site?

I dont know about ideal, but I find an orbit of 125k for Kerbin and 150k for Mun ...having a high orbit around Mun allows me to pick a landing site anywhere and have enough height to change orbital planes if need be. -
I plug KSP at every oportunity, in Yahoo Chat Rooms, Facebook etc...so far I've had people from the USA, NZ, Canada, Australia and good ole UK giving it a look. I'll continue to plug it too, because I love it and want it to succeed so that I can continue to enjoy for years to come - more users, more funds, more lifespan ..Win win situation from a little plug.
