I tried a different browser, but to no avail. Any ideas?

Plz help. I tried downloading 1.0.2 from kerbalspaceprogram.com and it either starts and stops or starts and goes unbelievably slowly. I has a decent connection and can download whatever I want in a reasonable time from any other site so I'm not sure what's wrong. Is there a server issue atm or something?

the main reason MY rockets wont go into space is bcuz of the large decoupler breaking

In many of the mods i download there r folders labled "Source", "PluginData", etc and i hav NO IDEA wat to do with them or their contents. Any help or advice here would b greatly appreciated.
