Would an Intel i3 be able to run ksp and bandicam

Ok, i went on that website and found this. I customized it to an intel i5. Im not looking for a brilliant gaming system. I am looking to find something to play KSP with. Intel Core i5-2400 3.1GHz Quad Core Processor 2x 4GB RAM ASUS NVIDIA GeForce GT640 2GB Graphics Card Would these specs be good enough for playing KSP? If not what would you change? Hi guys! This is my first time posting on these forums and i need some help. I have £500 to spend on a gaming pc and i need it to run Fraps and KSP at least 30 frames per second.
