  1. Hey Pirate, you could always just wait for my gun system. I won't be making lots of models for it. Just a few to cover off some of the base types. If you wanted to make models and use the plugin you wouldn't have to worry about the days and weeks of coding involved in making this work properly.

    Right now I have a gun that can do some unheard of things... (ksp wise anyways) - some people are just going to freak when they see this I'm telling ya! :)

  2. Best way I found was to completely kill relative velocity to target, then use a lazor cam mounted parallel to the cannon to zoom in and aim with. I built a cool tank with a DR-powered turret, though.

    Still frustrating that it can't inflict real damage. Is there a velocity value that can be lowered so it might detect the collision better?

    You could turn down it's speed and how much damage it can take in the cfg :)

  3. For your information, I have Lazor System installed with max loading distance, and my problem is not that stuff disappears. My problem is that the nuke won't detonate when colliding with the ground if dropped from above 2 km. It'll detonate just fine if dropped from below. The missiles also don't explode, they just ram into stuff and damage it that way. The Bass Cannon shells will also only do the stock "part explosion" when it hits something - the explotion won't destroy other things than the bass cannon round.

    Huh, I don't know how that could happen... I will talk to romfarer about it.

  4. Hmm, I'm getting an interesting bug with the bass cannon. I put the round, and when I fire it, it seems to fire it from 10 meters in front of the vessel, and it's firing it to the opposite direction (right back at my vessel). Any idea why that might happen?

    Check your staging, you might be firing 1 round into another one :confused:

  5. I just trieed, and I had no problem fitting the nuke into the FireSpitter bomb bay. But why doesn't the nuke work when dropped from above two kilometers, and why don't the missiles explode? Also, not sure if this is intended, but the bass cannon rounds don't explode, they just smash into stuff and do minimal damage due to being so small.

    You need to get Lazor Mod and extend the range.

  6. Awesome!!! But the download link on SpacePort just bring up a page saying "Not allowed file type."

    Oh jeez, this again. This happened a while ago and I don't really remember how I fixed it. Give me a minute and I will mess with it.

    EDIT: Figured it out! :D Turns out KSPSP hates .rar files, so I had to upload it with a .zip, anyway its fixed now! Have fun with the 'splosions.

    -Romfarer.dll was removed from my pack due to versioning issues with Romfarer, in order for the lazor guided weapons to still work please follow the link in the readme.

    -After the forum thread wipe epidemic, Pirated Space Co. has been in a big rustle trying to recover their files, and after a long wait the engineers finally decided to check the archives to find the files waiting to be updated! (True story)

    How To Use

    How to fire a guided missile.

    1. Make a plane with a missile and a lazor control module

    2. Once flying open the lazor system by clicking the circle on the top left, then either target a ship or building and viola! You now have a missile heading towards the target, and not even 3 steps!

    How to use the Bass Cannon.

    1. Place the Bass Cannon somewhere on your epic craft

    2. Place your ammo of choice into the barrel of the Bass Cannon

    3. Have your engineers order the projectiles so your don't visit Newton's 3rd Law first hand
