I'm not sure that blue glow of yours is realistic, RogueMason. You need liquid water for that, and I'm pretty sure nuclear engines wouldn't have water to dampen the radiation in them, since that very radiation is used to expand the propellant.

And I'm assuming you forgot to do that on Development?

I'm just a bit frustrated that one of my favorite AARs has suddenly been interrupted by malfunctioning mods. I check back daily to see if there's anything new on this thread.

I swear, something has to go wrong. You can't expect me to believe that the whole AAR is going to happen without some sort of major plot twists that throws the plan into chaos.

I have to say a space station with a small probe attached for the first few times the object is inspected, to determine if long-term exposure the radiation the object produces is safe. The probe itself is all sensors, monopropellant , and RCS ports, and the station should have enough propulsion to be able to shift up close to the object (if the radiation is safe, of course).
