I've always hoped that one day when KSP eventually gets interplanetary travel and a procedurally generated galaxy that there would be a 1:1 copy of our solar system as an easter egg in some far off corner of the map.

I recall hearing about this one mod that added an entirely new planet, but it was never quite finished and I think the post was lost in the Great Forum Disaster

Back in .16 when there weren't any planets I sent ship on a 3,000 year mission that ended when .17 came out. I think the pod got around 15 trillion meters or so

I survived but only just, I'm down to my last 3 posts

Well the massive orange ones come from this mod The blue ones are from the Deep Space Mission Pack but I think the BACE panels would have been better suited for the middle set
