[1.3.0] OPT Space Plane v2.0.1 - updated 29/07/2017

I just installed OPT via CKAN and none of the control surfaces on the wings or other parts are working. Are they supposed to work? I tried installing directly from this forum post instead of CKAN and tried with firespitter core downloaded separately too. Is there a fix for this or did I do something wrong?
