Maybe you can build in a feature like in the "Plan-o-Tron", that the manager can scan you ship lists and persistant file for the parts that are actually needed, and auto-select the mods/parts. For the ship list: Let it choose you, which craft you would like to use and also auto-select the needed parts. All optional of course, so it doesn't automatically scan and select the parts. Maybe you could have a look at the "Plan-o-Tron" how the author did it there. Seems he's not developing the tool anymore...but i like the idea behind it

Well keep it up, i bet with an auto host tool more ppl will use this....im tend to think, that hosting a ftp server is sth that scares most ppl away O.o Though i dont see where the problem with hosting is Are you maybe able to host a public server that runs 24hours? 7 days a week? I cant and i understnad it, if you cant do it either, i so want to test it out, but i just cant get my friends to play ksp

Is there a chance, that you might update it with a feature, that it deletes the added parts again after closing the game or the program? It happens quite often to me, that it fails to start ksp because some parts are already in the parts directory, so it throws an exception and refuses starting. Then i always have to delete the parts again that were added already...otherwise is a quite nice tool. Just started using it cause my process grows bigger then 3.8gb with all the mod parts installed and then crashes So yh its really usefull for me, thanks -
Ok well seems you are not allowed to upload them again... The only thing left to you then is do exclude those specific parts from you crafts EDIT: With the WhiteMonkey parts, does it mean we dont need them at all? Or you used them in some of your crafts? Cause when not i will delete them...my parts directory is getting way to big

Well that's the question.....I didnt read anything that the parts should not be further distributed, only that he doesnt want anyone modifying and continue his works. Dunno what he meant by re-release if he meant upload them somewhere again or release them in an own mod project...I'll ask a mod what he thinks. If i was the author of the mod i wouldnt have any problem if someone includes it to his crafts if i discontinued my work

I really please you to keep working on this, though i didnt have the chance to try it out with someone, as nobody of my friends is playing KSP, its a great thing. Maybe you guys could even consider to make up a 24/7 server so ppl can try it out even without having any friend that plays this game Btw: Is it yet compatible with 0.17?

Same here, it stops at loading the Rotaryengine.... Well deleting the "DArotorypistonprop" folder helps, but anyway, is there a solution? Or its just a compatibility issure with 0.17? -

What about an !eyecandy! rocket with the kethane mod on board?? I think it should be at least able to get to duna mine some kethane there and maybe, if one decides it should, serve as an orbital refilling station at duna or any other moon/planet. In case any failure will occur during the mission it maybe also should have a working solar panel config (electrical plugin, powertech dynasat etc) with some batteries and enough thrust to be able to land, just in case fuel runs out or sth explodes

Somehow i can't get the "Solar Buddy 2000" panels to work....I once saw it producing energy but i didnt pay attention when and i wasn't able to reproduce it. Does it only work with specific batteries? It only produces energy while energy is consumed or whats the matter with it? I tried editing the cfgs with no success ;( All other solar panels that are that should produce energy, do as intended, so I'm quite clueless atm. Anyone got an idea?! -
I decided to try a ENB setting aswell, I think it looks a bit better dont wanna overdo things, i just want a very very subtle addition, but im still not happy with it anyway its just testing and playin around with an outdated enb. I'm still missing features of a newer enb (couldn't get any working), like smooth adaption of bloom and better bloom config, better colorcorrection etc...maybe external effect injection to be able to really configure bloom and other stuff also works with the old enb, i might give it a try, maybe^^ Well here some shots with comparison: Album: http://dartmauk.imgur.com/ As said: Not finished only playin around me=unsatisfied, still if someone is interested I might upload the config.

Random text? It's just because you open the .craft file with dropbox by clicking the link....right click and "save as" works anyway Though i agree, maybe the link should be "fixed"
