  1. Now the ACTUAL Mun Landing: Here she is now. Modified and ready to land! Jeb has waited VERY patiently to go. He's happy. (SRB and outer Booster separation were taken, but no uploaded. Sorry) Getting up to speed... I'LL GET YOU EVENTUALLY! Mun Encounter is a go! And we will be landing shortly. Set up is a go... And now for landing. Final Decent is a go. HA, HAAA! SUCCESS! One small step for Kerbals... ...one giant leap for Kerbal-kind! Here is what the plaque read... Smile ! Liftoff! Going home now! Final Decent to Kerbin! Going Home! "Mommy, another Meteor!" Parachute out! Success! The End... ...Possibly... How many points?
  2. Better than I could ever do. My next attempt is a Mun Landing.
  3. I'm back, folks! This time: Jeb tries to go to the Mun. Behold! A Mun rocket piloted by Jebediah Kerman! Liftoff! Ditching the SRBs. Jeb looks happy. I think... Outer Boosters separated. Gravity Turn Commenced. After some tinkering, the Mun Encounter has been set. Forgot the ladder and the legs are too small. Sorry Jeb, only an orbit (Insert sad Jeb face here --> We are in the SOI of the Mun. Preparing for orbital insertion. Jeb: "Time for some postcards!". *A couple orbits later* Return trajectory planned. Jeb is going home now. Rescue crafts are on standby. Ejecting lander stage over Kerbin. How beautiful it is. "Look mommy, a meteor!" Chute is out. Final decent in progress. The End... Next Time: An Actual Landing (possibly).
  4. Here is my attempt: My baby in the VAB. (16 Liquid Fuel Tanks, 3 Small SRBs, 1 Parachute, 10 struts, 6 Radial Decouplers, 1 ASAS, and 1 Command Pod) Here she is on the launch pad with pilot Jonley Kerman Liftoff! Jonley not looking too happy Separation of Outer SRBs as Jonley looks off to the side for a Rice Krispy Treat. Separation of Outer Liquid Boosters. Suborbital! Jonley was not happy at this point. He passed out and Mission Control had to take over the orbital injection. In orbit. "Crew Moral is low. VERY very low..." ~Danny2462 De-Orbit Burn has been planned. De-Orbit Burn success! Separation of Orbital Booster stage (I could have gone to the Mun. Or at least I think). (I forgot to take pics of Re-Entry. Sorry) Here is Jonley on final approach to ground! Only about 22 km from KSC! Ouch! R.I.P. Engine. You will be mi-Ah screw it! Jonley got home! The End...(For Now... BUM BUM BUUUUM!) 15 points, please.
  5. I don't think there is a speed limit. It all is determined by (don't take my word on this) the mass and how powerful the wheels you are using.
  6. I don't understand what to do when adding a picture. It says "Add an image from URL" and I don't know what it means. Someone please help me, for it would be greatly appreciated.
  7. I really love the new textures. They made my Mun landing so much more appealing. Thanks Squad
