Basically, the Science Archives Screen, but instead of listing the experiments you have done, it lists the experiments you haven't done yet, and is limited to those tasks where you can infer they exist based on other science. For example, If you look at this screenshot http://i.imgur.com/8XWzaQi.png I can infer I need to do Temperature Scans in some Biomes, based on the other experiments already done. Experiment types you haven't done yet should not show up, and neither should Biomes or Situations you haven't experimented in. Also, If the only things I have done are a "Landed Temperature Scan in Kerbal Grasslands" and a "Flying Low Mystery Goo Observation in Kerbal Highlands", other items should not show up. If however, I had also done a "Flying Low Temperature Scan in Kerbal Grasslands" and a "Flying Low Mystery Goo Observation in Kerbal Grasslands", the "Flying Low Temperature Scan in Kerbal Highlands" should show up, but not the landed versions, since I can't infer those with certainty yet. Now, If I also had done "Landed Temperature Scan in Kerbal Highlands", all the landed versions should show up too, since I can infer those too now. These restrictions are there to ensure a balanced approach.

Actually, I would suggest going directly to Joules

No problems here with extracting, however, there are several .DS_Store in the archive, and a backup version of a cfg.

There seems to be duplicate files in the zip. The Parts folder contains a Plugins and PluginData Folder.

The Mark1EmptyCockpit is missing from the zip. This causes KSP to be stuck on the loading screen after the fix is added on new installations.
