  1. I've been a big fan of RT for the longest time, and I'm super excited to have it with .22, but I have a bit of a big problem. I have one of the bigger dishes, and it seems that it can not communicate with any ships that travel outside of Kerbins SOI. I've tested it within Kerbin, and when set correctly they can beam a signal to each other. The problem happens when I send one on a mission outside of Kerbin. I set a transmit sat to beam to it, and it to beam back to kerbin, but as soon as it leaves the SOI its dead.
  2. Can there be a bit better explanation of how the science labs generate science on the first post? Seems like science can be used across ships for the whole game, but that's not the case.
  3. Ugh. It seems like I can't get anything to work with this mod, as much as I want to use it. Ore scanners dont work, and I can't find any documentation about how to fix them. For the actual launch pad itsself, I feel like I can't put a docking port on it without it being heavily tipped over. Any halp?
  4. I can't figure out how to make power at all._. What fuel do generators need to run? It wasn't really explained on the first page. I always get -1000% efficiency.
  5. Sorry to be a sad-sack if it's not supposed to be posted here, but I haven't found much literature regarding the topic of how RT really talks to its self, so allow me to ask 3 questions VIA visual aid. 1. Do you need dishes at both ends in RT2 for communication. 2. Does the range on OMNI antennas stack? (Shown by KSC and a sat.) 3. Do Sat's targeted at a planet or anything work in a arc? or are they pin-point accuracy. Thanks for answering these, and maybe this can be linked to in case the questions pop up again.
  6. So I was attempting to test rover stuff in RT2 and noticed something. Shouldn't a command module of 3+ crew act like a mission control? I tried sending them to the mun to deploy / control a rover, and kept getting 'no signal'. I guess ill need a whole network for that, huh?
  7. I understand the need of the 1S delay to test for math glitches, ect, but its making it bloody hard to nicely control things. Esp Remote rockets. Any easy thing we could get to turn it off for a bit and test things when I'm derping around on the Mun?
  8. 3rd launch of the playtest, and already a silly bug. I call it ghost ships. OooooOOOOOooooo http://i.imgur.com/CDMwYzr.jpg
  9. Omnidirectional ones work best. Dishes will shatter on launch and ruin your craft. Once outside the atmosphere you can use dishes though.
  10. After putting a remote control on yoru craft, you also need an antenna. The craft will only work if it has a connection to the ground, or other satellite around kerbin.
