I am trying to dock my Apollo style Mun rocket's command module to the lander. I go to the Rendezvous Autopilot setting, make the docking port on the lander the target, turn on RCS, click "Control from here" on the Command Module's docking port, but when I hit "Engage Autopilot" It turns on then in the blink of an eye turns off and wont turn on. I first thought it was the fact the mods version had to be updated to the latest version of KSP (Steam edition if that makes a difference), so I updated the mod and everything else works perfectly fine except that Rendezvous Autopilot. What am I doing wrong here people?

“How would you guys like to go back to the Mun?†The words echoed in everyone’s heads. With those words, Jeb was taken back in time to the days of the Loki Program. The Loki Program was one of the most important undertakings of the entire KSC. It took Kerbals to the Mun and Back. Jeb was on Loki I, the very first mission to the Mun. He was the First Kerbal to walk on the Mun. Bob was with Jeb that mission as well. Bill wasn’t in the historic mission but he did go on a later mission. They all missed those days. The Loki Program was cut down in its prime. After roughly three to four missions, frequent malfunctions to the Celestia I, the rocket that took them to the Mun and back, caused the Kerman Government to order the program to be put on an indefinite Hiatus for, “Safety Concernsâ€Â. The KSC tried to fight it, but the Government claimed Eminent Domain, and they were a government agency as well, they had no choice but to roll over. While the program was still technically active, no Kerbals were flying and it seemed like they wouldn’t fly again. “I know what you guys are thinking, and I’m just as surprised as you guys are,†Gene said, breaking the silence that had fallen on the room, “Apparently, yesterday night around 22:30, I got a call from Werner Von Kerman himself. And he said, ‘Meine Fraund Gene, Wir going back to ze Mun!’ At first I thought he was drunk or something so I said, ‘Good one Werner! Now can I go back to sleep?’ and he said to me in his thick German accent, ‘It no joke Meine kindie. I talk to the Groβen Valters as Ich calls them. And they say ze missions are back on, but ze first mission after break must be top secret’ So after a conversation that seemed to last hours, he told me this,†Gene explained how the Kerman Government repealed the order telling the KSC to halt the Loki Program under one condition, That they get something out of it in return. They had been trying to think of new ways to dispose of Biomedical Waste in a way that would not harm Kerbals or the environment in little to no form what so ever. One of the scientists on the board suggested that the waste be sent to the Mun, “It’s a barren, distant, and isolated place far from Kerbin. The lack of air and intense Radiation from Kerbol will kill most viruses and bacteria, and no one will come in contact with the substances except for the Astronauts,†the scientist told the press in an interview about the purposed idea. After some debate, the Kerbin Government decided to approach the KSC with the idea. “It will be just like all the past missions,†Gene told the group, “Except with a few minor changes. For one, instead of three EVA’s there will be four, but the fourth one has to be a secret. That is when you take care of business. I will tell you guys more details if you accept the mission, but if you say no, you three will half to keep what I just said to you guys a secret till the day you die or the OP is declassified and you are given the greenlight to talk about it,†he continued to say. The three men were all shocked. None of them knew what to make of all the information they had just been given. It was crazy enough that they would be going back to the Mun, but to do this sort of secret agent like stuff was way past them. After a few minutes, Jeb was the first one to break the silence, “So we can resume the missions, after we do all of this, ‘super sneaky spy stuff,’?†Gene looked at him and said, “Basically, that’s what they told me when I got the mission details,†Gene told them. Jeb stood up and said, “Well me and my brothers will half to think about it for a little bit,†Gene then said, “Sure, take all the time in the world. There not rushing the decision, I just suggested you guys since you are the most experienced Crew in the program,†Jeb and Bill and Bob then left the room to go discuss this bold and daring mission. -

“All your dreams are made. When you're chained to the mirror and the razor blade,†were the words being blasted from the radio of the Lynx ATV. The song in question was “Morning Glory†by Oasis. That was the name of the rover like vehicle used at the KSC. It was created as a type of Rover but the test vehicle was commonly stolen by Jeb and used for “Joyriding†purposes. He normally did this alone, but this time he brought along a friend of his. Tom Kerman was a new recruit whose application to join the program was accepted. Jeb was excited and laughing as he normally did. Tom on the other hand was looking greener than a normal Kerbal should look like. Jeb pulled over and shut off the radio and said, “Nothing like a nice calming drive in the Lynx for some relaxation right?†Tom was so frozen with fear that Jeb carried him to the infirmary; “I think he overdosed on Epicenes†he told the nurse as he laid him on the cot and left the room. Later Jeb was hanging out in the Astronaut complex chatting with his brothers Bill and Bob and his friend Merlin Kerman. Jeb was telling a story on how he nearly murdered a cat, “Ok so this was back when I was still a Fighter Pilot,†he said, “And on the base I was on, the vets number and mine were very close. So on occasion I would get people asking about their pets. So one time, I was in a situation like this. I was really drunk I get a call from a woman saying, ‘I swear I’m going to kill that ....ing cat!’ and I just said, ‘…I can do that for you for free’ and then I hear, ‘Oh sorry wrong number!’ and she hung up,†Jeb was the only one in the party laughing. The others had herd that story over a million times, “Jeb you have told us that tale over a million times now. You got any new material?†Bob said. After a thought Jeb said, “Well, there was the one time I nearly started World War III,†Everyone in the posse and in the room all got quiet, “How did you pull that one off?†a voice called from across the room. Jeb figured it was another new guy since he didn’t recognize the voice, “Well I was about 5, ok so my dad took me into his office. He was in charge of launching the Nuke in case .... went bad. So here I was and the Launch Computer was on and someone forgot to ‘Log Out’ basically. So-,†Just as Jeb was reaching the climax of his story, a voice came on the PA system, “Will Jebediah, Bob, and Bill Kerman please report to Gene Kerman’s office. Jebediah, Bob, and Bill Kerman please report to Gene Kerman’s office.†The monotone voice from the speaker said. Jeb downed the last bit of his drink and said, “Well boys, To be continued†then he and his brothers walked out of the complex and to Gene’s office located in the Research and Development Center. The walk was pretty long, but such distance was nothing to the trio. They entered the building Gene’s office was located, got on the elevator, and got off on the third floor. They then walked a few paces till they reached the door marked, “Gene Kerman, Launch Director and Head of Crew Relations†Jeb knocked on the door and after a few seconds, they heard a voice saying, “Come in†It was Gene’s. Jeb opened the door and they all walked in. Gene’s office was a pretty simple one. A desk and some chairs, a few paintings and models of various rockets the KSC had launched into space over the years. Many of them were the ones Jeb and his brothers had flown, “Here everyone, have a seat†Gene said. Jeb could tell that he was about to say something serious. Once they were seated, Gene said, “Gentlemen, we need to talk. How would you guys like to go back to the Mun?†-
So here is my first attempt at a Fan fic for KSP. Here is a brief Discripiton I will post the first chapter here, and see what everyone thinks. Then I will go from there. It isn't the best, and my Grammar and Spelling skills make Dyslexic people cry. But if you insist to see it. Here it is.

In the current version of KSP. I haven't gone anywhere beyond Kerbin. In past versions of KSP I have landed Probes on the Mun and Minmus. I have taken crews to the Mun and back, And have taken a few crews to the Mun who either died on the mun, or got suck in Orbit between Kerbin and the Mun. (RIP Crew of Orion III *Taps begins Playing*) Currently, I want to go to the Mun and back. But I still have the level of a novice and use MacJeb (Deal with it trolls!) and all the Tutorials are either really outdated or there are none at all. (If someone could update the info on the KSP Wiki on the article "How to land on the Mun using MacJeb" that would be great) I have never sent a craft beyond Kerbin or the Mun or Minmus, I really want to go to Laythe and possibly even Eve or Duna, and even Eeloo (even if its just Probes, I want to touch the Solar System!) (PS. If anyone has some handy directions on how to get to the Mun or Minmus in the current version of KSP, please send me an inbox. The Polar Bear Astronauts really want some Mun Rocks )

Hello, I am new to Kerbal Space Program. I first saw the program on Youtube videos, and myself being a major Space geek, i was like, "i am so downloading this!" The only issue that i am worried about is currently, my arrow keys don't work, and some of the instructions require arrow keys. I just hope there not major instructions. My goal is to visit all the plannet's in the game at least once, by next October. Yesterday i tried getting the "Kerbal X" rocket into orbit around Kerbin, but on my first attempt, it took off, then tilted and landed in the Ocean, all three Kerbalnauts died. The second attempt i got higher, but then lost control, and one of my Kerbalnauts got the "Genius" idea of doing a EVA, well about five minutes later, he face-planted into Kerbin and died, The fate of the rest of his crew is unknown at this time. I was feeling down, but then i remembered, "NASA's early attempts at Spaceflight were just like this, and now look at them, they haven't lost a crew since 2003!"
