  1. The screenshot you saw was probably a mod, probably the Quantum Fuel Transfer. Did it look like this or this?
  2. Off-topic posts don't count towards your post count.
  3. He doesn't want to refuel.
  4. Found the mod. It's Kerbal LiveFeed. This is probably as close as you can get with multiplayer in KSP.
  5. Try the Kerbal Engineer Redux. It gives some more detailed data than MechJeb does.
  6. Well it was over in February anyway, so it doesn't really matter if it exists anymore or not.
  7. Liquid boosters will give much more delta-v than an SRB. However, they are cheaper in the soon-to-come Career Mode.
  8. It is possible that the angled wheels are making the motor not working. Try building it in the SPH and make the wheels vertical, and then transfer that into the VAB to build the rocket, or you can just build a rocket right in the SPH.
  9. Be careful, it's irreversible, so make sure you are completely sure you want to use Steam to play KSP.
  10. Occasionally, yes, I listen to the FTL soundtrack. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hpWNSJjH1d8&list=PLdV4ZkUrnyMcP2iEPE2rrR0JP06BjISbD&shuffle=0
  11. I accidentally double posted, and I am not able to find the "delete post" button. Ignore this.
  12. As I was driving northeast towards a Kethane deposit on the Mun, I noticed a large white beacon and arch to the east, roughly in the direction I was going: The beacon appears to go across the sky and back towards where my Mun base is.
  13. NO, no multiplayer in the game. There is a passive multiplayer mod where you can see what others are doing, but you can't physically interact with them.
  14. I would say Duna, but I would rather have the Mun or Minmus be mapped next.
  15. Are you trying to place it on something with 4-way symmetry? The game automatically adjusts the symmetry mode to the object you are placing it on, with the exception being one. Try making it so that instead of a 4-way symmetry mode, make it 2-way and then put the other 90º from it, and then place the solar panels on one of the two pairs.
  16. I made a rocket-only SSTO, but it can't be recovered or reused. If I removed all of the stuff that made it look aerodynamic, it could probably carry up a small payload and be recoverable and reusable.
  17. Try angling the seperatrons so that they point downwards and away from the rocket.
  18. As long as they are docked in the same vessel, then yes, you can transfer fuel. Just use alt-right click on the fuel tanks you wish to transfer the fuel between.
  19. True, rockets made by YouTube would definitely not be safe enough to put people on. The user below me is European.
  20. I lost over 500 posts, and does anyone know what step was after Bottle Rocketeer?
  21. I stupidly forgot to put a power source on a ship heading to the Mun, and when I switched to it when it was time to do the orbital insertion burn, I realized it had no power. But then, I was stupid enough to do it AGAIN, this time catching it when it still had a bit of power left, so I decided to crash it into Kerbin.
  22. How did you know?! The person below me does not drink soda.
  23. Quantum Fuel Transfer is a mod.
  24. I was just testing out the demo on another computer, so I tried doing a simple landing on the Mun without any specific target. When I was passing over the Mun's surface, I noticed the Mun arch, so I tried to land close to it and successfully landed. Also this:
  25. Try putting the rear landing gear closer to the center of mass if it has trouble taking off. Also, try angling some of the rear wings downwards a bit to help with the pitch problem, and/or add some canards in the front and angle those upwards.
