The Argos. Massive Grand Tour mothership
meatballcannon replied to Rune's topic in KSP1 The Spacecraft Exchange
Absolutely beautiful! It would kill my computer, so disappointing. Nevertheless, I love the entire thing. I've tried "octo-docking for a laugh, I sincerely hope 5 ports is more possible. Anyways, great job as always. -
Trek inspired NK-01 Escort Frigate

The Akira was by far my favorite federation ship, nicely done. -
Osprey is about 60% done, I'm probably on the Bulwark next. that overlapping paneling on the bow is just too cool. Unfortunately, My Osprey may not actually be combat capable compared to that glorious torus you just made, if you're adding drones. I love it!
-
Sounds great, I'll maybe get on the Osprey. Maybe we could set up a standard mount for weapons, I'm thinking a double jr. clamp. This would be a neat thing to set up a sort of community project for.
-
And... you beat me to it. If I make some of the others, could I put them here like a showcase thread?
-
If I remember right, you can remove the anti-turtle leg from the gear key. But looks eeally neat, I'll download when I get home.
-
If such a thread should come to exist, i would finish my reproduction of Serenity. It's not exactly done yet, and would have to be modded for the vtol engines and ip drive and such, but hey, I want it to be something both Jebediah and Wash could fly.

Nice! Mind if I steal the taxi wheel concept? I've been working on a sort of simplistic recreational plane, and it happens to be a taildragger. I personally think that would go awesome with it.

I see you have conversed with the Great Sandwich Maker from Bob

Battlestar Galactica Viper Recreation
meatballcannon replied to Tripod27's topic in KSP1 The Spacecraft Exchange
Very impressive, I love the little details around the engines like the parallel stacks of girders and the sort of "plating" you made out of those small control surfaces, it reminds me of the overlapping plates used for armor in feudal japan. However, I will be making my own, no offense to yours. I simply won't download it yet and tempt myself to take it apart. Oh and one thing: you totally need a mass driver to kick this thing off the runway, that would be awesome in ways I don't know how to describe! -
Martian Lander [.19] Duna UFO Rover Uncasing
meatballcannon replied to PopCap's topic in KSP1 The Spacecraft Exchange
I don't understand, I thought Duna was the Duna of our solar system. Are you implying you are from another? On a more serious note, you have a really neat craft here. My compliments. -

What is this "martian" thing you speak of? -
Spaceship One (Space-Cruiser)
meatballcannon replied to Christian365's topic in KSP1 The Spacecraft Exchange
Very nice, I've been working on someting similar, except with more of a thin neck, with ports on the sides. Kind of a tantive 4 look. I like this though.
