  1. I think I heard it was based on their name somehow.
  2. You need a pilot or probe core to use SAS, scientists and engineers cant use SAS. If you killed your Jeb, you will need to hire another pilot. EDIT: sal_vager is fast
  3. Having issues with DEV build 138, staging. Error from KSP_Data/output_log.txt (quickly became 13 MB, same error repeating) MechJeb module MechJebModuleStagingController threw an exception in OnUpdate: System.InvalidOperationException: Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object at System.Linq.Enumerable.First[ModuleEnginesFX] (IEnumerable`1 source) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at MuMech.MechJebModuleStagingController.<FindBurnedResources>m__8F (.Part p) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Linq.Enumerable+<CreateSelectIterator>c__Iterator10`2[Part,ModuleEnginesFX].MoveNext () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Linq.Enumerable+<CreateSelectManyIterator>c__Iterator12`2[ModuleEnginesFX,Propellant].MoveNext () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Linq.Enumerable+<CreateUnionIterator>c__Iterator1C`1[Propellant].MoveNext () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Linq.Enumerable+<CreateSelectIterator>c__Iterator10`2[Propellant,System.Int32].MoveNext () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Collections.Generic.List`1[System.Int32].AddEnumerable (IEnumerable`1 enumerable) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Collections.Generic.List`1[System.Int32]..ctor (IEnumerable`1 collection) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Linq.Enumerable.ToList[Int32] (IEnumerable`1 source) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at MuMech.MechJebModuleStagingController.FindBurnedResources () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at MuMech.MechJebModuleStagingController.OnUpdate () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at MuMech.MechJebCore.Update () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 (Filename: C:/BuildAgent/work/ea95e74f6e5f192d/Runtime/ExportGenerated/StandalonePlayer/UnityEngineDebug.cpp Line: 54)
  4. I was surprised when I noticed it, I thought something had glitched with my game, hit ALT-F12, and infinite EVA fuel was on from earlier messing around. Turned it off and the connections went back to normal, toggled it a few times to be sure.
  5. Something I noticed, Infinite EVA Fuel in the debug allows signals to go through the planets. A few pages ago someone asked if there was a way to do that.
  6. Some science parts have a multiplier on displayed data, compared to what its actually worth. Seismic Scan has 2.5, Gravity Scan has 3, and Atmosphere Analysis has 10, everything else has 1. I'm not sure why they have that display multiplier, maybe immersion where your kerbals think it will be more useful than it is or something. I'm thinking its just a misinterpreted feature since I haven't seen a developer confirm it as an actual bug.
  7. -space near Eve (96 km - 390-400 km) -space high over Eve (390-400 km - SOI limit) -space near Moho (0 km - ~50 km) -space high over Moho(~50 km - SOI limit)
  8. I think you messed up the links in your quote (they 404ed on me), probably from copying the post text (which has shortened links) instead of using the quote button. Here are the fixed links as well as a quote link to one of the places BloodyRain2k posted them (couldn't find the links here).
  9. 8 m/s on Kerbin at sealevel, so 10 m/s with Laythe's thinner atmosphere at sealevel I think.
  10. Try rotating them so the top is facing the node your attaching them to. It seems it doesn't like attaching on its sides, only on its top or bottom.
  11. You can add a new first part, just click one in the pod menu. What you cant do is use an existing part of your ship as your new root node, it has to come from the menu. I used it when rebuilding my station, from un-maned for tests to maned for use, without issues aside from rearranging some parts.
  12. I was fairly certain it was Time of Deployment.
  13. Its there, you just might need to log into googledocs to see it, or at least I did.
  14. Just finished sending a station to duna, The aerobraking wasn't as good as kerbin re-entry.
  15. My standard station, orbiting minmus, once the lander lands and comes back its heading off to duna, and then a station is to follow.
  16. I think you can change it with the advanced button. Here is my station doing its re-entry test.
