Just buy and play. At first, it was really fun to try to go to the mun and I experimented a lot : all my craft from this savegame were junk Now I can start a new game, and within 10 minutes I have a ship that can go to mun, land and come back... So play it my friend, have fun with all the parts, and don't care about your savegame : restarting a new game with experience will only be fun
