  1. Loading times not a worry to me. But on my now very old system I can't play 0.21 it crashes with any mods in after a mission. So I'm still on 0.20 which will run all night with 18 mods.
  2. Been using this mod for a week or so. and it's great saving me so much time and effort (trying to click on the correct tank). So it's a big thanks from me another must have mod.
  3. How I do it. First a Hohmann transfer to Mun. Then time warp to capture then set periapsis to desired height, I normally set to about 80 K, then circulaise at periarsis. you should then have orbit. This using mechjeb 2.0.8-68

  6. I'm finding the same thing on Mun. Funny thing is it's only just started doing this during the last week. Until then every landing was perfect within 2m of the target now it gets to 3-4 metres of touchdown and just falls over. I'll try Mekan's idea.

  8. Just caught up with this after seeing Scott's Video. I'm a bit mind blown after reading 665 posts today. I think this will save me the job of building another too damn large liquid fuel lifter to get my Station to Mun and Minmus. Great job btw

  11. Nice mods. I've found that mechjeb works well for the main space station just set it to not go over 15ms. But for the expansion it's a no go for mechjeb as the globe seems to be upside down (brown side showing) and it just wants to dive into the ground . Still it makes me fly it myself.

  13. Took a while for it to sink in that I wasn't over a deposit. I was at the time at 53 N 27 E and should have been at 53 S 27 W. Might pay to check you are not doing the same

  15. Thanks for all the messages. I now have satellites round Kerbin, Mun and Minmus. Also sent a Kerbal to Mun didn't land as I misjudged the amount of fuel. Still i got 'im back in one piece. Next time I will land on Mun and come back again (fingers crossed).
  16. After almost a week of trying and many blown up rockets a few dead Kerbals (those were mainly on the ground as bits of duff space ship rained down on them). One space station which is now just a load of junk floating about. I managed to dock with space station Mk 2. Not much to all you experienced Kerbalnaunts but to me a large victory:cool: Next stop Mun, I wonder how many Kerbals will die in the cause:wink:
  17. Just thought I'd log in and say "hello". I first saw this program 2 years ago at a player meet for City of Heroes and liked the look of it, but didn't do any thing about it until now, as CoH has been killed I was looking for something to do and remembered Kerbal. So I downloaded and parted with a few pounds (£). I'm enjoying trying to get a rocket into orbit and more important back safely on Kerbal. Thanks to the devs and moders for a great program and add ons.
