I had this issue too, and there's a solution to it on one of the closed issues on the RemoteTech Github. You need to open up your RemoteTech_Settings.cfg file, and rename the ground station "KSC Mission Control" to just "Mission Control". This should fix the issue, and return the game to being playable.
