Please forgive my derp, but I can't for the life of me seem to get my payloads into either of the cargo bays, Have I missed something? It's just the materials bay it seems, why is that?

So I have 1.9.8 and I've been using it for a bit now, but I want to upgrade to 2.0.7, which I did and I instaled it, but it doesn't load the GUI, I uninstalled 1.9.8, same thing, I checked the mechjeb2 folder in plugindata and it's empty, am I missing something? [Edit]and if I am is there somewhere where I can get what I'm missing, or do I need to add a line of text? I'm sorry if my question has already been answered or is rather vague, I'm afraid it's a bit late where I am and I haven't exactly had the time to trawl through 98 pages...
