Evolution, parts of their DNA, came from Earth (our planet) and memories too! (Just because) they saw that earth is over populated and decided to put a cap on that problem so all kerbs in KSP are male (not saying the females are now gone they're somewhere unknown on kerbin, maybe a hidden place) and they manufactured the first born baby by placing a chip in their brain to stop loving and altered their DNA to think smartly for the planets own good so over population would never happen. They are green because they eat too many plants as there is no other thing apart from them on the planet so far! Their bones are 60% stronger than humans Their blood has a higher count of red and white blood cells so they can absorbe nutrients and oxygen more by 20% they are squishy so they can land on their heads and tollerate more G than us without death or passing out occurring. They tend to fight one another specially if food is scares,

How close have you come to failure? Me: 7 units of RCS fuel left
LILGIT90 replied to inigma's topic in KSP1 Discussion
I've got two stories, I'll post an image for both with a link below for all images to those two missions on imgur. (MODS USED) MISSION 1 Sending this small Sat-Com to replace the huge one that was crashing to the orbit (Debris decided to bump it, what is the odds!) I almost forgot to extend the solar panels and my electricity was running real low 2.5 fast I found one in the dark just in time *click* elec 1.0...0.5...0.1...0.0 *fully extended one* WOO! <Not a great picture I know sorry. Mission 2. (Mods used) I decided to make a rocket with the lander sperate so I would either had to dock (which I end up not doing) or fly near to the orbiting ship that I would be using to go home, I took a while planning, testing, checking and trying to rip the ship apart to cover all of its weaknesses and It is a wobble wobble, ugly looking but strong and effective rocket! I launched, orbited Kerbin which went straight into a route towards the mun. The route was....different, not what I would of done if I wanted to do a full orbit but I rushed a little because I was going too fast and would up ending back down to the planet! Dropping the stage which ended me with the returning fuel, I only needed to use a little bit of the fuel, less than a quater to orbit the mun and get close as I can get, I went to the lander stage and headed to the mun's surface. I landed safely, got the flag out, placed it down...Jet packed to the lander after walking around a little and................DAMIT! I hit the surface and again...tipically happens when I have Bob going on a solo mission (I know theres others but I keep getting him in the latest version) As promised here Is the link to my album of these two missions http://imgur.com/a/xFcLx Here is the shuttle, oh the game crashed just as I was moving from the lander in EVA so I have the returning ship orbiting and the lander on its way to crash with no BOB! (M.I.A) next mission will be to find out what has happened and to place a memorial for him on the MUN. -
I decided to land at the north pole, I thought this picture looks great on a low quality so my FPS did not drop too much. What does yours look like? and for lols, guess who was worried about a little bit of fire?

What happened when you first landed on the Mun?

This was not my very first but I decided to clean up my mac's HDD and forgot to backup KSP so I had to redo it all. Bob slipped! -

[Sowcase] The Grand Re-Entry MEGATHREAD!
LILGIT90 replied to BlackStealthz's topic in KSP1 The Spacecraft Exchange
Had to rescue bob who was floating in space, he was fixing part of the space station that is currently under-construction and his ship decided to land without him, sent this up to get him and he kissed the floor. -
This what happens when Bob gets in a tall craft, I'm building a space station and this is part of the shelters (mod) Maybe struts was not enough xD

So I planned to set up a proper mun base, I have a temp one next to my mun buggy that took me 6 hours in real life to drive to as my landings still needed work at the time. I clicked on the mission/ship/w.e and started to load the kerbs on the mun buggy, as Bob got in with Jeb this happened..... I think Bob is a tad over weight i think. I did not press any keys and I drive in Dock mode so i can not flip it unless I turn too sharp or drive too fast and I was stationed and the breaks was on.
-
Heres my rover, I had it land on the mun first as a test that it can work inthe dark for a long time and could land with and without a parachute. It blew up on the mun....I had a lander land ontop of it >.< Must of cooked it!

You will be launching two-three sperate launches, from Kerbin to Jool and back. Simple to do on its own but can you leave a kerbin behind with shelter and work to keep he occupied as the other team flys home and launches another mission. Rules: No cheating of any sorts, mods are limited to no auto-pilot mods of any sort not even for style. You will probably want to refuel so make sure you have one waiting for you ready. Mission 1 You have been asked to travel to Jool and set up a com-link to orbit Jool, this will allow communications from kerbin to be transmitted to this com-link and redirected to the nearest shelter that you will be leaving behind. Land on Jool leaving behind a single Kerbin and shelter to protect him from any alien storms that might come his way. With the other crew left fly back home when both Objectives are done. Objectives: (in any order) -Land on Jool and leave behind one crew member with shelter and work to do that observes jool. 10 points -Set a com-link orbiting Jool which orbits overhead the shelter to establish a strong connection. 10 points (Option: Have drone to scout ahead on jool so the crew member can do work near the shelter.) 20 points -Land home nearest to KSC. 5 Points Total points that can be awarded: 35 Points Hints: Have Com-link access to be connected for mission 2, this can be part of the fuel depot/space station's communications. Mission 2 Now that you have set a com-link and left a crew member behind to observe Jool you will need to establish a refuelling depot or a small space station. (One or the other.) This must be able to orbit Jool, it must be small but effective to do its job. You may have upto 2 launches for this mission but one is preferred. After you must be able to undock your fuel depot or space station and land on jool and decided to pick him up or give him company of another crew member. Launch and redock. Objective: -Build a fuel depot or space station that can dock and orbit jool. (1 launch =25 points, 2 launches= 15 points) -Undock and land on jool and either pick up the crew member or leave another behind and redock orbiting. (10 points) -(Option:) Dock your fuel depot or space station to com-link. (30 points) Total points that can be awarded: 65 points You must show evidence that the mission went well with a debrief with screen shots and short comments if you wish of the following. Mission 1: Before Launch picture, objective 1 + 2 underway and completed. Landed back home. (if you done option screen shoot that with the shelter to keep pictures to a minimum) Mission 2: Before launch, objectives underway and completed, final dock and the same applies to option. Total up your points and score yourself Mission 1: /35 Mission 2: /65 GOOD LUCK! And let's hope that jeb is in your crew.

Well done, love how you captured the moments and used a song that did fit and not a random one that I see a lot, well done on taking your time and putting alot of effort in. Little in the video with effects which is great so it captures the game and gives people a good feel and excitement. You made me want to travel to Mars for the sunrise now

Rover launcher going out of control during takeoff
LILGIT90 replied to OptiSTR's topic in KSP1 Discussion
When I launched this guy for the first time, I placed some rockets a little bit out of line and it span and ripped away, I then fixed that but forgetting some stages will require me to lower thrusts or it will spin until I get out of the planet. Review your Centre of mass and lift and try little tweeks during launch and builds. This little guy was my second one now I solved my spin issue and can build larger and smaller ones without a spin. -
We kill kerbals and try to save Jeb, lucky that Nasa is not like us! lol

Hello, I've been playing KSP since February from the demo to the full version, I now decided to come online to the forum community to show pictures, help others, ask for help and try mods. Little about myself; I'm studying how the human body reacts to physical demands both psychologically and physically, after i finish I am hoping to join the R.A.F. Heres the first and final stage of my latest launch. pic.twitter.com/ImjkFiMzep -Mun Buggy at launch pad pic.twitter.com/XdwE1SdjWX - Landed safely and drives perfectly.
