This is a rotating space station habitat for Kerbals, in low (but stable) Kerbin orbit. 2 crew in the central hub, space for 48 inhabitants housed in luxurious artificial gravity in the surrounding ring. Comes equipped with 3 maintenance droids (although I think I may have messed these up as they aren't detaching properly), central docking hatches top and bottom in the hub. The craft file includes the launcher, but it's very borderline - I needed to use half my monopropellant store with RCS to nudge it into stable orbit.
