As title, I'd like to switch the mapping of zoom in and out to the scroll and move camera up and down with drag, is it possible? Editing cfg files or anything?

I've also been wondering this; how is everyone building such symmetrical designs? By painstakingly zooming in on every part to get it placed correctly? What do you use as reference? Some way of snapping parts to exact positions would be great
