Same here. I have Station Science and Module Manager. Took out Station Science and still have the issue.

Great! Thanks for working on this for us. It really is the best mod manager for KSP. Now if you could get it to make waffles, it'd be perfect!

The file was too long to post, so I emailed it to you. I manually reloaded a bunch of mods and put in the site links too. But each time, I tried to use both the download and download/install buttons while in the browser before manually installing. Neither worked, even though the download button said it did in the log. Love the app. First one I've tried that worked really well. Hope you can find where I went wrong so I can get the functions back again.

I had this same issue, with one difference. Mine was working just fine then I uninstalled KSP and removed all mods. Can't get the download/install button to work at all now. I don't even get the download message in the debug window.
