Sounds like you haven't installed 1.9.2 first. The beta is only the dll, you still need the parts the full install has. It could also be that you haven't put things in the right directories if you are using the full .zip, either way the error indicates KSP isn't finding the parts.

If I had to guess I\'d think that fitting the parts inside the decouplers is intended but the lack of clipping isn\'t, though something is definitely odd about the way it happens even then.

I just discovered (while trying to figure out RCS for the large capsule) that you can stick RCS tanks inside the large decouplers... This seems to make sense, but it also appears you can stick more than one numbers of them there and it does weird things to the ability to attach parts below it. Anybody know the details of this? Bug? Feature? Somewhere in between?

Did it a couple of times back when there wasn\'t anything else to do (before I launched a glorious expedition to the sun ). Seriously though, I don\'t think I have since rotation was actually added. PS: Anyone done either of a polar munar orbit, or polar mun landing?

Well, the ideal if you\'re trying to save fuel is to put yourself directly into a large Kerbin orbit with the periapsis (apoapsis from the Munar perspective) in the atmosphere and re-enter directly.

I tried a 360 controller with the same result as above, works fine in configuration but doesn't in game.
