  1. I know there has been lot of SRBs rodeo post at launch of 0.20. But still I want to share it with you... This came to my mind when I was finding where to put radial parachute on large (rockomax) SRBs to safely land them down (need to figure where the centre of mass is, to land it near horizontal to prevent crashing as chutes disappear in the moment that part touches the ground, which is sometimes too soon). I know that game doesn't support this (yet) and they just disappear after some distance from main rocket, but it is one of my rules, try to safely land all things back for future reuse. So I've strapped the radial chute to SRB, went to test it, and when I saw it spinning around the chute, this had to happen. And of course, it's Jeb.
  2. Finally downloaded, that was a pain in the **s. But it's really nice update, love the new parts! And btw, does someone noticed that the planets on loading thingie rotate backwards? (usually if I see some animation of planet orbits the thick line is behind the planet as the planet rotating is drawing it..) But that's nothing in gameplay, just a visual notice
  3. Ok it's about time I post my rover fleet, here it is: From the left: MaRo MK3, version for non-atmospheric bodies, used for quickly travelling from point to point, HeMuRo - heavy multi-purpose rover, packed with wide range of scientific equipment, 2 cams for sending back 3D images and experimental tractor beam, Rovee - minimalistic rover for exploring possible landing sites, scientific instruments are located on lander, as this rover is used for first-time landings to get some info about landed body, MaRo MK3, version for atmospheric bodies, also used for quick travelling, it's a beast, it can make 60 m/s real quick. Currently all of them were successfully tested on Kerbin and are waiting for their first missions, starting with Rovee's (and mine too) first munar landing. Also, the MaRo series are based on "KSC2 Reacher" which I was using in "Drive to KSC2" challenge (was lost during the forumgedon) and contains few really good improvements like the docking port suspension and the aerodynamic down-force on the atmospheric version.
  4. Ah, I was wondering what am I doing wrong. Glad to hear that it isn't my fault. But I learned to ignore it exploding anyway (and at least I don't have to clear the launch pad every time)...
  5. Finally back. Got strange issue with recreating my account. As I used the old name, it considered me as spammer, lol. But happy to be back
