I seriously need help making orbit, I seem to always fly off into space no matter how hard I try, Can anyone help me?

So, Just got into Kerbal Space Program, Loving it already. Going to be pre-ordering it when I get some money together, So far I haven't been able to achieve a stable orbit, But i have got myself going almost 1.5 million m/s straight up, Only have 2 problems with the game, 1, theres no moons or planets to go to, 2 I wanna be able to build a space station, which of course is going to require a stable orbit, Working on that one, Lol
