I downloaded the game file again, just because, and unzipped it into a different folder. Ran the game from there and now I have the kerbals. Still no idea why it wasn't working before..... Thanks for the suggestions.

I deleted the demo before unzipping the game file. No mods. I thought maybe this was a case where I had the kerbal portrait window toggled off, but I guess not.

It doesn't seem to matter what I use, no kerbals. Thanks for the info about the tower.

Hi, When I played the demo I had Kerbal portraits in the lower right corner of the screen. I installed the full game and....no Kerbals. Also, I have no launch tower. Have these things just changed or am I missing something? Thanks
