The stock alarm clock transfer windows do not match the time for the transfer maneuver for a planetary transfer. I did a complete clean install to do this testing. Using Eve as an example; To test it I installed the original Kerbal alarm clock as well as Astrogator and their transfer windows are a close match to the maneuver, but not the stock alarm clock.
