i would probs drop right into the middle of the large deposit to the left of your black X can get on with mining and exploring at the same time. as you say the distances are huge and it takes forever to get from one place to another should be plenty to mine there for a good while

Hi bumped into this game while browsing youtube in the early hours as you do... and i dont think i have stopped since. lots of fun and i love the modding community. mecjeb is a great tool im using to help me learn the basics as i learn i stop using that function on it. *getting into orbit without crashing is a good example* though i still quite often end up going boom. really enjoying the game though cant wait for specific missions built into the game
