  1. There are animations like examining etc., I think we will see some in the future.
  2. Effects like that need revision anyways. Also I think the *poof* is the best solution right now. The devs shouldn't and won't focus on these details before the main part of the game is done.
  3. I suggest that flags should somehow display who placed it (either on the plaque or somehow in the name, e.g. "My Awesome Flag (planted by Jebediah Kerman). I don't want to manually insert the name of the Kerbal who planted it in the plaque. That's it. Thank you for listening. Ah, and: obligatory smiley!
  4. Have fun when currency and reputation is added. Generally the new "SLS" parts are nowhere OP, they're strong, yes, really strong. The problem for me always was that I really never liked the 4 stage asparagus staged rockets for lifting heavy things. It seemed unrealistic and just...not fun. Now with the SLS parts we can do slimmer, better looking rockets which may cost more than a "4 stage asparagus staged rockets for lifting heavy things", but it is more stable and just...more fun.If you don't like the parts, don't use them. The old ones are still in the game, so where's the problem? We all want stuff like currency, more advanced science-y stuff (to make space stations useful - instead of just having a floating fuel station in space), but the game is in Alpha and we will have to wait for that stuff.
  5. This should be the normal configuration - The death a Kerbal experiences should be a tragedy. Also, there really have to be badges and stuff the Kerbals can earn.

  8. Hello fellow Kerbals, (not entirely sure where to post this) but there's an option in the persisent.sfs that says "MissingCrewsRespawn = boolean". So basically I want to turn off that the Veterans get revived. Will this line affect them or is it hard-coded into the game? Now, in order to make this thread a discussion: What do you think about the Veterans getting revived? Should it stay in the game? Do you believe that Squad will change it eventually? - L771
  9. Looks awesome, will be downloading later. Should totally be in Stock KSP! Edit: I put the parts into the Parts-folder, but it's not working? The parts don't have their own folders, maybe that's the problem?
