I cant manage to get the mod working. I downloaded the new update for the mod off of Space Port. I put all the items in there respective folders but where the heck do I put the Source file? Also none of the parts show up. So in sense I completely failed to instal this mod. I have done it before 0.20 but I cant get it to work again. I need some help

I bought this game 2 weeks ago but haven't bothered to make a Forum account till now. I love all the trial and error that comes with building this rockets. But I do have one issue with space planes, I can seem to get the flaps on the wings easily so thus I have failed at making a aircraft. Anyone else have the issue?
