Haha, it took me forever to realize that the checkered cylinders are actually fairings for the rocket engines. I thought they where fuel tanks. Also, I love the round shape of the engine, even if they aren't scientifically accurate.

It could be a bug, if you provide some details about the craft then maybe we can find the problem.

No Fuel from tanks reaching motors?

You need to use fuel lines for those tanks, otherwise it will not work.
