This one is a bit annoying: New game, fresh install, no controls changed, simple rocket with lvl 0 Jeb inside. Pressed T key to activate the stability control. When pressing W, A, S, Q or E to pitch/yaw/roll the rocket the yellow "moving" icon appears and also changes back normally once I release the button. When pressing the D key and releasing it, it's stuck at moving mode and the stability control doesn't kick in unless I press another moving key. This is especially frustrating if you try to stay on the retrograde marker on the navball when descending at high speeds, because the rocket doesn't stop moving once I release the D key and it flips over if I don't press another button. Did anyone else experience this behaviour?

I had a "exploding" Kerbal today after landing a simple capsule with a materials bay and heatshield. Landed perfectly fine, no parts where in motion and clicked EVA -> Camera shakes extremely and I only see smoke. Jeb died.
