Eclipses don't seem to really affect the lighting of places, but Kerbin did blot out Kerbol. To bad I arrived during the eclipse, otherwise I could have measured the length of the eclipse. EDIT: And thanks for the warm welcomes!

So I've been playing for a while now. I love this game, and I've decided to join the forums. After finals I decided to make a clean slate, landing on the Mun was my first task. I arrived just in time for this beautiful view. Not to uncommon due to the orbits of everything I know, but a nice surprise nonetheless.
