  1. Don't know if it is implemented already or planned, but perhaps its a good idee for free movement hinges etc?
  2. Is there a way to edit the angle of the hinges, the postition of the rails etc. or so while building you plane in the vab of sph?
  3. So what the best thing to do with is is making a lightweight probe that flies to high altitude then use the nerva engines. I made a design but I came stuck on the electric part. Any tips on that.
  4. OK. I made a few designs with both the ion and aerospike and without. But the latest heavy rockets not. With the design I made I came around the 12000 before I ran out of fuel. I haven't tested te ion engines that much, still working out the electric charge and xeon tank with that. Also the amount of engines I need. If you use mechjeb and attach the ion engines alone do they need that indicator above 1?
  5. Sorry if I confused you with things but the only fuel that will be used is from landing (can glide ofc) and take off to low orbit or suborbital flight that is long enough for a refuel ship to dock and continue the flight
  6. If you want to know. The mun, minus and kerning don't have science anymore for me. Is stripped al the science. The next thing if go to duna or eve and continue

I am doing carreer and I am planning to do a large mission to eve. my setup is a small core space craft that has 4 docking ports. but I need landers that can land on eve collect science and return to orbit, store the science and repeat. you only have to think about lifting up from eve, by this I mean that you ssto starts from the surface of eve and then needs to orbit or suborbit around eve. I am asking you to make a ship for this mission. the rules It has to be stock it has to be reusable so a ssto is necessary 1 kerbal space and can fly without a kerbal on board enough space for at least the goo and minilab. the other instruments can but not necessary a docking port on the front of the vehicle if possible. (normal docking port). if not remember to dock with the core space station it has a tight docking place the docking place: good luck

  9. hey guys, i am searching for a vtol that you launch off from the runway. then fly it into orbit and fly to eve land at eve and launch at eve with the vertical launch my main point to this vtol need to be that you can launch it in hover mode from the eve's surface to then fly it into orbit using the normal fly modes als you need to dock this ship for refueling etc. the ships looks need to be awesome not just random parts you see. it needs to be aerdynamic. does somebody knows a ship what has these points? if it can launch from eve it can be launched from everything. please help me out. about the fueling stationts closeness. you dont need to worry about that, I have several fuelstations on the surface of eve and in orbit. on of my lander rockets could land, refuel, launch, refuel again and dock at spacestation withouth a problem.
  10. So I downloaded mechjeb and installed it by copying the parts in the parts folder and the plugins in the plugin folder. I started ksp and it took 10 minutes to load. The longest loading was the mech_jeb parts. Can someone explain why it takes so long to load. Then I made a new save file and checked if it works. Only the parts work but I don't have those windows for the mechjeb is this supose to happen? Or do I need to download mechjeb2 instead of mechjeb1 or use both? I also tested if only mechjeb 2 works but most of my parts went black or didn't load in the parts section and were black when placing them but the windows for the mechjeb appeared. (windows for the acending pilot etc.)
