  1. Well that makes sense. However the other problem: solar panel retracts when overheated, is there a solution to that? I want to put one of those microwave emitter near the sun to generate electricity and transmit it to other ships...but if they retract, they become useless obviously. So what is the solution to overheating of the solar panel? ALSO: This is way after so many posts and I'm sure someone probably stated it, but for the sake of saving time...can anyone tell me how I upgrade a part (i.e. reactor)? I have them unlocked in the tech tree. Now need to know the upgrading system... THX:)
  2. Ok, the forum has 497 pages so far...I can't find out how to and where the answer to my question would lie. So I'm asking again (since I did before and my post was lost): Is there a way to remove the heat build up from the solar panel? ALSO: No matter how many heat radiators I add to the body (be it the generator or reactor or whatever), they fail to dissipate heat. Heat waste builds up at a constant rate. ANYONE? HELP!!!!?????
  3. I'm having problem with the heat radiator. No matter where I put them on, they seem to not reduce heat waste. Anyone know why this problem is persisting? Also any way to fix the issue where the solar panels? They generate heat waste too as is it by design, but it goes out of control when getting slightly closer orbit near the sun. Any way to fix that or remove it? I would love to edit the cfg file but have no idea.
  4. When I try to hyperedit my ship from launch pad to orbit, my ship either goes into water or explodes in space...what am I doing wrong? Help anyone?
  5. Err, anyone know why I am having the same texture issue (screenshot is posted on page 3) with the exact two engines (as shown in screenshot)? The mod worked just fine but today when I started up KSP, I saw the two having same problems again. I didn't install any mod that would overwrite Impossible Innovation's folder. I also tried deleting the .DAE file if .mu file is already there in each folder but it didn't do the trick.
  6. Anyone here kind enough to tell us how if we will get an update for ver0.20? Can't use this old version w/ the game.
  7. Ok, everyone is saying it's great and all, but I'm a noob at this so help me out please. I make a custom tank and then save it. Say I call it, Uber tank. The folder w/ all the files in it is called "Uber_tank". Now I place it directly into the Steam's KSP folder>GameData folder. When I load the game, nothing shows up. What am I doing wrong? Oh and the tank was built under "Propulsion" option in the mod. HELP!!!
  8. Hi there, I've been using your mod extensively until today, when I saw the new patch came out. It's good news, but now I can't use your mod, since putting all parts in the Part folder freeze my game during loading screen. Also putting just deuterium fuel tank and an engine for that shows that while I can equip them, the engine does not fire, PLUS the texture of the engine is lost. I know perhaps its the new patch that is conflicting w/ the mod. So will we get an update on the mod? I can't wait to use all the parts in KSP along w/ perhaps some new items? Oh while at it: Please add more uber powered engines (small, very small, and large) XD Thanks again for the great mod.
