  1. It has been reported that the Chinese science administration plan to put a communication relay satellite in a halo orbit around Earth-moon L2 in 2018. A satellite in this orbit would have constant line of site to Earth and to the far side of the moon. This seems like a very useful orbit. I found a paper online describing the characteristics of a similar orbit. Has such an orbit been demonstrated using Principia?

  2. I have a question myself: since planetary orbits are integrated just like spacecraft orbits, is it possible to move small moons around with a big enough ship?

    Umm... Yes, actually! It's only a few μm/s2 from most vessels, but we do simulate it. Really. It actually doesn't cost any overhead at all!

    On a more serious note, no. And we will not.
