When a spacecraft is spinning or shaking it is usually pretty hard to right click on a specific part to invoke its action menu, but it is even harder to click on the tiny checkboxes or make adjustments. Is there a mod which freezes the position of an invoked popup menu while the mouse is being hovered over it?

I'm having the exact same issue with the latest KSP (from Steam) and the v0.4.3 Kethane pack. I don't even see the launch pad or the planet just some stars. It is possible to return to the Space Center though, so the game itself does not die.
