I have the same problem, but only with a satellite with SCANsat in a polar orbit.

I'm using ckan under ubuntu with mono. When I click on the Launch KSP button this shows up in the terminal: xdg-open: unexpected option '-single-instance' Try 'xdg-open --help' for more information. Also, when I try to download the mod "Toolbar" I get this error: Failed to download "http://blizzy.de/toolbar/Toolbar-1.7.10.zip" - error: SslCaCert I managed to download the toolbar mod and installed manually, but not being able to start the game from ckan is annoying. Any assistance will be appreciated.

I'm running Ubuntu 14.04 and it seems that CKAN does not work unless I run it as root. If I try to run it normally it cannot connect to the repository and if I try to rely on the already available list of mods, they cannot be installed: it stalls at "About to remove:" and does nothing.

Can a contract be created that provides a certain constant or reoccurring reward while a certain condition is met? For example for a space station to be built for funding to be provided daily for each day the space station meets a certain criteria, such as a module being operational.

I can't find any mechjeb parts except for the radial one with an antenna. I'm using v2.0.8 in v20.
