A delta v map that I have states that it only takes additional 310 m/s to achieve duna orbit after reaching duna's SOI. But it turns out that I need to add 1675 m/s instead to reduce my periapsis for aerobraking to achieve orbit Have i done something wrong?

Sorry for the late reply totally forgot about this post... Anyway it spins out of control at around 900m/s. My fuel ship and spinning out of control

Why is it that sometimes my rocket launches work out perfectly fine and sometimes all hell break loose under the exact same conditions? I have been trying to launch a 2880 fuel tank up which has been successful before for many times but, it is now screwing up. It is getting extremely frustrating. Btw i use mech jeb 0.19 for the acent autopilot.
