I give you ''Mobile Fuel Deliver'' (yes i know, not the most creative name), it's a smart little rover which can be docked with most rovers with no struggle at all. It can also be used as a trailer for the mun tractor if you want to. There are 2 solar panels if you need to charge something or just use the 2 generators.
